Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 2 business days after the order has been processed. Please note that for special releases or pre-orders, there may be a longer processing time.

We will provide you a tracking number once your order has shipped.

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to the pandemic (and all the other crazy things happening in this world), things could take a little longer than usual. We’re thinking it could take approximately two weeks for your order to reach you but in the case of unexpected events, please give at least three weeks.

Do you ship to Guam?

Of course, dude! You don’t need to have your friend in the states order for you this time. At check out, just change the COUNTRY from United States to Guam. (Yeah… we know…it bugs us too!) But don’t worry, we got you!

How can I track my order?

We ship from sunny San Diego, California. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped so you can be on the look out.

What are the shipping options?

Most orders are sent via USPS First Class, Priority Mail or International and will depend on destination.

International orders will incur a $12 shipping charge so that we can ensure we can provide you with a tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges

What is the return/exchange policy?

We want you to be happy with your order. If you’re not, fill out our contact form and select Return/Exchange Request and we’ll see how to make it right.

RETURNS

We accept returns in exchange for STORE CREDIT up to 14 days from the delivery date.

Instead of shipping your item back to us, we just ask you donate your item to your nearby shelter or donation center so that it can go to help someone in need.

EXCHANGES

Some items are part of a special release and there are limited quantities so we are unable to guarantee that we will an exact item left. In those cases, we can offer store credit that can be used for other items in stock or saved for a future release.
